HARMONY CAFE will be the operating restaurant connected to the Harmony U Cooking School. It will seat 85-100 diners and will have live music and dramatic entertainment. The stage is already being built and has been donated by The Chapel, a Methodist church in Brunswick. The material presented on the stage will also be sold in DVD form and will be video streamed through its own web site: www.harmonycafe.com. It is projected that Harmony Cafe and the banquet room attached to it will be open for business in late Summer 2008.
